Go into settings 2. Uncheck detect phone at bitpim startup You might also not be using the right COM port. 1. Go into settings and click Browse next to Com port 2. Find the one that says LGE USB Modem (make sure your phone is in Modem Mode!) Then it should work. I always set it to EnV Touch when I do mine. Just saying.... Good luck!
