I'm not sure how to put them on your phone's internal memory from a Mac. If you have a memory card, you should be able to copy them onto it by choosing usb mass storage (I forget what it's called exactly).

i had this same problem, but no worries.

i took out my sd card, put it into the reader and put the reader into the usb drive. then opened up the my music folder. then opened i tunes and shift highlighted all the music i wanted and just dragged it over and dropped it in. sounds and seems basic, but it worked like a charm. i think there were a few songs that errored out, but most of my music is from cd. it should work though. good luck!

May be they are not compatible enough to support them.

I figured out a way to do it on mine. Connect it via bluetooth, select all the mp3 files you want to send over, and presto! Music on your phone via Mac. If you need more detailed instructions, just let me know, i'll be happy to give em.

I did this, but it adds the music to the "My Sounds" area, not the music area. I can play the files fine, but it doesn't really allow me to "Play All" or use the other music features of the phone. Is there a way to move them into the music area, or make sure that's where they go in the first place?

I don't know too much about OSX, because I have Windows. But I know how to transfer music via Bluetooth. Here's how.

1. Pair the phone with the computer. I don't know how to do this on Mac, but it's probably pretty simple. I hear that's what Macs are know for...  Wink
2. Put the music files in the Mac's Bluetooth Exchange Folder, whatever that may be.
3. On the phone, open up the Bluetooth menu and tap on the computer's name.
4. Go down to Browse/Get Files
5. Tap the music file and it should begin to download. It will take awhile, Bluetooth is pretty slow.

That's it. It should now be in My Music on the phone. Repeat these steps for all your music files.

If you have alot of music files, and this would take too long, send me a personal message or reply to this and I can tell you how to add them with Bitpim. I just don't feel like typing it all right now.  Tongue

Warning: If you get a text message or phone call during the Bluetooth transfer, it will cancel it. I'd recommend transferring the music while in Music Only mode. It will turn off network access but allow Bluetooth while it's on. Go to My Music>Music Settings>Music Only to turn on and off.

This worked PERFECT! Thanks!

As an OS X user myself, the following directions are for other Mac users wanting to sync music to their phone.

1.) Turn on Bluetooth from the computer's System Preferences window, turn on "Discoverable" as well.
2.) In that same window, click on File Sharing Setup.
3.) In the window that opens turn on Bluetooth Sharing. When you do that, you will be prompted to select folders to share and to use as a Bluetooth drop for files you send from your phone to your computer. The folder you care about here is the one "Folder Others Can Browse" Select the folder you have your music stored in that you want to move to your phone.

Once this is complete, then follow the rest of the directions codymws posted above. Grin
