I just my phone today and it's excellent but I can't seem to figure out why it doesn't show the album art when I play music. I plugged it into my computer and I'm using music snyc to transfer the mp3 files. All my music has the album art embedded in the tag and it shows the album art in windows and on my ipod. If anyone could help me I would really appreciate it, I really like this phone.

Ok after messing around some more I figured it out. I was simply adding the files one by one to the phone and it wouldn't show the album art, but when I used media player and synced the phone through that the album art now shows up just fine.

Hm.  I may have to experiment with Media Player then.  I've just been copying my files directly into the microSD card in the phone.  I really didn't want to have to hassle with Media Player... ohwelll

I had the same (sort of) problem with various mp3 players. What I did was spend an afternoon tagging my mp3 files with the album art and embedding the art file in the mp3. Now, it doesn't matter what program I use to play the songs, the album art always shows up. It's tedious, but you only have to do it once. MP3Tag is freeware.

Also, you can add "album art" from the menu which includes "joining the band" and such.

Press the center button on at the bottom of the home screen (it's blue with 4 white dots), when all the icons pop up, tools is at the bottom of the screen (it will show a clock and calender sort of stacked on each other), USB mass storage is all the way at the bottom of the list (you have to scroll down with a finger swipe).
