How do I make this stupid mess quit popping up on my phone after every single phone call?  Its not listed in my apps and I can't find where to click I don't want it.  I have 8 days of free trial left and I can either click subscription or continue free trial.  I want it OFF my phone.

I did a search and scanned the topics.  Couldn't find it.

Thanks.

I had trouble with that too. It kept popping up and bugging the heck out of me. Sorry to say that I don't remember exactly how to delete it, but I do know that I called customer service and they ran me through it step by step and it took less than 5 minutes to get rid of it forever. Sorry I don't have the steps off the top of my head.

At least I know it can be removed now.  Here is the 'how to' customer service sent me.  I hope I'm not missing the obvious, but my phone doesn't have 'Get it now' in any of the menus.  So I've emailed them back... again.  Over something this simple.  The email also said something about charges for cancelling a subscription, so I took that opportunity to complain and make sure I wouldn't be charged for canceling a subscription I didn't put on the phone in the first place.

There are two methods depending on your phone model - both are required to end subscription charges:

Method 1: (if you see a blue square icon with a white checkmark in the center labeled “Settings.”)

Select:

1. “Menu”.

2. “Get It Now”.

3. The blue icon with a white checkmark for “Settings”.

4. “Manage Apps” (scroll down).

5. The desired application to remove.

6. “Remove” or “Cancel Subscription”.

Method 2: (if only the shopping cart shows and no categories or “Settings” icon appear)

Select:

1. "Menu".

2. "Get It Now” Applications.

3. Shopping cart icon.

4. "Options".

5. Application and then select "Remove" or “Cancel Subscription”.

6. "Yes" to confirm your choice.
