I was listening my MP3 player on the phone with REGULAR nice head phones (not headset with MIC.) and I got phone call… I answered and I spoke directly to mic hole on my phone. On the other line person complained about bad hearing, so I unplug my headphones from the phone to finish conversation without headphones…  No sounds after it no rings, no MP3’s sounds - totally dead. So please do not unplug your headsets in time you using your phones. Finish conversation and after it you are free to unplug it safely. I have had no problems with the ear speaker not working afterward. In the middle of the car speaker conversation, I unplugged the adaptor from the headset plug. No problems. I've had the same thing happen to me on a few occasions. Got a call while listening to my music and after unplugging the headphones my speaker stopped working. It is a very fixable issue though, and if I run across it again I will write down the fix.
