Music download problem

Okay, just for clarification, you connected your phone to your computer...then tapped sync music on the phone screen...and proceeded to sync music using the VCast Rhapsody program? I have had problems with that program in the past, although not so much with this phone. I did find out that once you tap the sync music icon on the phone it shows up in Windows Explorer and can be synced with other music programs (Windows Media, MediaMonkey, Winamp, etc.). Try this...put your phone into mass usb mode (tools, usb mass storage). Once it is, on your computer, double click My Computer. It should show as a removable drive. Double click on your phone/drive icon, and then on the my_music folder. Let me know if your music is there...
