Random shuffle isn't very random

I've noticed an annoying "feature" with the music player.  If you hit "play all" with random shuffle, it plays a "random" set of music -- but the SAME random set every time!  It starts with the same song every time, and plays them all in the same order.  Not very useful.

Any guesses how we can work around this?  Or should we just complain to LG and hope they fix it in the next upgrade?

Yes, and it resets every time you turn the phone off.  So e.g. I just returned from a business trip.  Every time I had to turn off the phone (every takeoff and landing), it reset to the same old original "random" shuffle.

They should seed the random-number generator with the current time, or something like that, so it's different EVERY time.  I'll have to go dig around on the LG site and see if there's a feedback/suggestion mechanism.

I don't have my Chocolate Touch yet, but maybe this will help anyway.

On my Dare, I have this same issue.
And I've found that if instead of hitting "play all" I will hit "all songs" and then just flip down a little and pick some random song to start with, the shuffle will be different each time if I start with a different song each time.
